This project involves the ground-up construction of a modern two-story single-family residence on Los Arboles Avenue. The scope includes site preparation, reinforced concrete foundations, structural framing, roofing, window and door installation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, exterior stucco and architectural finishes, complete interior build-out, driveway improvements, landscaping, and final site work.

The home is designed to provide a functional, comfortable, and contemporary living environment while integrating carefully with the surrounding residential neighborhood and mature landscaping. Construction requires detailed coordination of materials, trades, site access, and inspections within a relatively constrained work area. The project is currently progressing through the exterior weatherproofing and cladding preparation phase.
