Project Information: Sher Construction Inc. is providing grading, excavation, and utility trenching for a residential project pursuing LEED Silver certification. The project includes site development for four multifamily buildings with multiple apartment units, along with infrastructure
to support 40 electric vehicle (EV) charging spaces. Our scope of work focuses on preparing stable building pads, coordinated utility installation, and sustainable site development in alignment with LEED requirements.
