The Brasilia Way Residential Development is a low-density project featuring 10 custom single-family homes on a 7-acre hilltop site in Almaden Valley, San Jose. Sher Construction Inc. is serving as the General Contractor, overseeing all phases from site development through vertical construction.

The scope includes full site development such as mass grading, underground utilities, drainage systems, retaining walls, and private roadway improvements, along with the construction of custom homes.

A key aspect of the project is complex hillside construction, involving building across varying slopes with precise grading, stepped foundations, and retaining wall systems to stabilize pads and roadways, while coordinating utilities across multiple elevations.
